Schiacciata Abruzzese: a typical artisan sausage with a characteristic flattened shape, made from selected Italian pork, finely minced, naturally cured, with a distinct flavor that reflects the tradition of the Abruzzo region. Perfect for charcuterie boards, appetizers, or social gatherings in an atmosphere of good taste.
Preserved with E525 and E520, additives permitted by European regulations (EC Regulation No. 1333/2008), used in minimal and controlled quantities to ensure food safety, quality, and optimal product shelf life.
