Spicy Calabrian Stick

Made from selected pork, skillfully seasoned with Calabrian chili pepper. The elongated shape makes them ideal as a rustic snack or for slicing and serving on an appetizing charcuterie board.
On the palate, the sweetness of the meat combines with the vibrancy of the chili pepper.
Perfect for informal aperitifs, social gatherings, or as part of gourmet gift baskets. Preserved with E525 and E520, additives permitted by European regulations (EC Regulation No. 1333/2008), used in minimal and controlled quantities to ensure food safety, quality, and optimal product shelf life.
