Salami with Truffle

Salami with truffles combines charcuterie tradition with the precious flavour of black truffles. Finely ground, it is expertly seasoned with summer truffles (tuber aestivum) to give it an intense and captivating aroma. Ideal for gourmet platters served with cold cuts, sophisticated aperitifs, or dishes that require a distinctive touch.
Preserved with E525 and E520, additives permitted by European regulations (EC Regulation No. 1333/2008), used in minimal and controlled quantities to ensure food safety, quality, and optimal product shelf life.
