Nursino Salami

Traditional Umbrian sausage, prepared with Italian pork and natural spices such as salt and pepper, according to an ancient butcher's recipe.
Salame Nursino has a distinct and harmonious taste, and is slowly aged to achieve a firm consistency and intense aroma. Ideal for cold cut platters, appetizers, or as a healthy snack with homemade bread and red wine.
Preserved with E525 and E520, additives permitted by European regulations (EC Regulation No. 1333/2008), used in minimal and controlled quantities to ensure food safety, quality, and optimal product shelf life.
