Mushroom and truffle pesto

It comes from an ancient Umbrian recipe that easily combines three different types of coarsely chopped mushrooms, pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil, and our most aromatic black summer truffle flakes. A traditional condiment for homemade pasta, also excellent for bruschetta or as a filling for focaccia and torta al pesto.
