Tuscan Cantucci PGI with almonds

Tuscan PGI cantucci are produced according to tradition, but have a crunchy consistency and contain a large amount of almonds. They are ideal for consumption at any time of day, but are best enjoyed with a glass of Vin Santo.

INGREDIENTS  |  Type 0 wheat flour, sugar, almonds, eggs, butter (milk), egg yolk, honey, raising agent (corn starch, cream of tartar, sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate), salt, natural flavouring, orange essential oil.
