Zabaione Cream

Hand-made zabaglione prepared according to a traditional Piedmontese recipe, with fresh eggs, sugar and Marsala wine, without preservatives. Creamy and velvety, ideal to be eaten with a spoon as a dessert, as a filling for cakes and pastries, panettone, or served lightly warmed over fresh fruit or ice cream.
