Modica Chocolate PGI 80% with Sea Salt

Modica chocolate is processed at lower temperatures for a long time. This stabilizes the bonds between the cocoa butter molecules, ensuring the chocolate remains intact and has an excellent cocoa flavor. Sea salt is added to the chocolate (without oils, essences, or flavorings).

Dissolved in hot milk, it can be used to prepare hot chocolate.
