Modica 60% Ginger Chocolate

Modica chocolate is processed at lower temperatures for a long time. This stabilizes the bonds between the cocoa butter molecules, ensuring the chocolate remains intact and has an excellent cocoa flavor. Ginger (without oils, essences, or flavorings) is added to the chocolate.

Dissolved in hot milk, it can be used to prepare hot chocolate.
