Venison salami

The delicate flavour of young venison mixed with selected Italian pork creates a delicate salami, whose taste is enhanced by aromatic notes of pepper and chilli. Finally, the salami is slowly aged to release deep aromas and a sophisticated taste.
Preserved with E525 and E520, additives permitted by European regulations (EC Regulation No 1333/2008), used in minimal and controlled quantities to ensure food safety, quality and optimal product shelf life.
