Sauce with halloumi and pepper

A delicate interpretation of the classic "cacio e pepe" sauce in the Dolomite style. It is made with cheese from high-mountain pastures, produced exclusively from milk from Dolomite pastures, Italian cream, fresh milk, butter and pepper, without added preservatives or gluten.
The sauce is suitable for pasta, as well as for spreading on toast or as a base for tarts.
