Handmade sauce combining the aroma of nettle with the spicy taste of smoked bacon in a creamy base. Produced in Trentino-Alto Adige, without added preservatives or gluten.
Ideal for adding character to short or long pasta, croutons or as an ingredient in savory pies.

INGREDIENTS | Fresh milk; nettle, smoked bacon (pork, salt, sugar, spices, flavourings), fresh onion, Italian extra virgin olive oil, rice flour, sunflower oil, butter, sea salt, fresh garlic, pepper, bay leaf.
