Deer salami

When cut, it has a deep red color, with visible pieces of pork fat that balance the distinct game taste. Preserved with E525 and E520, additives allowed by European regulations (EC Regulation No. 1333/2008), used in minimal and controlled quantities to ensure food safety, quality, and optimal product shelf life.
