Wild boar salami

Produced by a skilful blend of wild boar meat and Italian pork. Fine grinding and slow curing allow the distinct aromas of game and spicy notes to emerge without losing balance. The result is a decisive taste, typically rustic yet refined.
Preserved with E525 and E520, additives permitted by European regulations (EC Regulation No 1333/2008), used in minimal and controlled quantities to ensure food safety, quality, and optimal shelf life of the product.
