Durum wheat semolina pasta made from 100% Italian wheat. Processed using traditional methods and bronze drawn. Low temperatures (below 45 degrees Celsius) and long drying times (up to 60 hours) create a very porous and rough pasta. This makes this pasta ideal for sauce-based recipes.
