Modica Chocolate PGI 60% with cinnamon

Modica chocolate is processed at lower temperatures for a long time. This stabilises the bonds between the cocoa butter molecules, ensuring the chocolate remains intact and has an excellent cocoa flavour. Cinnamon is added to the chocolate (without oils, essences, or flavourings).

When melted in hot milk, it can be used to prepare hot chocolate.
