Modica Chocolate 70% with Chili Pepper

Modica chocolate is processed at lower temperatures for a long time. This stabilizes the bonds between cocoa butter molecules, ensuring the chocolate remains intact and has an excellent cocoa flavor. Chili pepper is added to the chocolate (Without oils, essences, flavors).

When melted in hot milk, it can be used to prepare hot chocolate.
